Management of recorded tare weights

The system automatically stores the tare weights of your regular lorries. When a known vehicle returns, there is no need for double weighing: the net weight is calculated instantly using the stored tare weight. For your regular carriers, this saves 50% of the time spent on the weighbridge.

Your delivery notes are automatically filled in once weighing is complete.

As soon as the lorry leaves the weighbridge, the delivery note is ready. The system automatically retrieves all the necessary information: weighing data (gross weight, tare weight, net weight), vehicle identification, product loaded, customer recipient, date and time. The document is generated instantly in your quarry’s standard format, with your letterhead and all legal notices. Your weighbridge operator no longer needs to fill out a paper slip by hand or re-enter the information into software. The driver can leave immediately with their slip, printed or sent directly to their tablet via the mobile dematerialisation application. The different modules

Delivery Module

It allows each weighing to be linked to a specific delivery. Information relating to the customer, material, origin or destination is directly linked to the data from the weighbridge, ensuring reliable traceability of incoming and outgoing flows.

Camera management module

This module synchronises cameras with the weighbridge to automatically capture vehicle passages. Images can be linked to each weighbridge entry, providing visual proof of the vehicle, number plate and load, which is useful for security, control and dispute management purposes.

Barrier management module

The barriers are controlled according to defined rules. Opening or closing is conditional upon vehicle identification and weight validation, enabling smooth and secure access management without unnecessary manual intervention.

Operational management of deliveries and flows in quarries

This solution enables efficient management of deliveries at quarries, whether for aggregates, asphalt or ISDI flows. It handles delivery notes, cash sales, order management and stock management, while providing fully customisable delivery statistics. The system communicates directly with the weighbridge and can be connected to various site equipment such as loading machines, automatic number plate readers, interactive terminals and barriers. Data can be exported to laboratory software and exchanged with concrete plants to ensure continuity and consistency of manufacturing information.
