Your machine operators can see all the lorries that have passed through the terminal and are waiting to be loaded on their on-board tablets. The list is displayed in order of arrival with all the relevant information: carrier, customer, product to be loaded (grain size), estimated tonnage.
The loader driver selects an order on the screen to indicate that they are taking charge of the lorry. The system blocks this order for other vehicles and sends a signal to the lorry driver (SMS or display on a panel) to tell them which area to go to.
